Each RiverTown neighborhood has been designed with its own personality and includes its own pocket park, a cluster of mailboxes, and a variety of home sites with both lake and preserve views. This active neighborhood is located right inside the Longleaf Pine entrance, near the community Welcome Center. It features 2 community parks and serene lake views. 45’ and 55’ lots were originally available but all of the homesites in this neighborhood have been sold.
The Groves is located in the heart of Rivertown, and numerous hiking trails lead to other parts of the community. A neighborhood park offers a local spot for the neighbors to gather and chat while the kids play. It features 55-foot homesites that accommodate a collection of one and two-story floor plans from 2,130 up to 3,270 s.f. starting in the $290’s. All of the homesites in this neighborhood have been sold.
This premier neighborhood is located just across from the RiverHouse Amenity Center and features beautiful lake views from its 70-foot wide homesites. The available one and two-story floor plans with up to 3,530 s.f. are priced from the $340’s.
One of the first neighborhoods to be built, The Landings is located directly across the street from the St. Johns River and offers beautiful lake and preserve views. Featuring 60 and 70 foot-wide homesites, it offers one and two-story homes with up to 3,530 s.f., priced from the $260’s. This neighborhood is sold out.
This unique neighborhood is one of the originals and is located close to the RiverHouse Amenity Center. It features a collection of popular rear-access homes where garages are accessed from private rear lanes, offering in lieu of views into front facing garages, the opportunity to speak to your neighbors from welcoming front porches, just like in the neighborhoods of yester-year. One and two-story homes up to 3,530 s.f. are priced from the $260’s. There are currently a number of homesites still available as well as several Quick Move-In Specs.
The Homestead is one of the newest neighborhoods in Rivertown and has the distinction of being located right across the street from the RiverClub Amenity Center. It features a pocket playground for the kids and offers a variety of one and two-story designs from 1600 to 3,270 square feet. This neighborhood is building out at a feverish pace but still has a good number of 45 and 55-foot homesites available, all with either preserve or lake views, priced from the low $260’s. There are also several Quick Move-In Specs Available.
Choose The Orchards if you want to be located right in the heart of RiverTown. Here you will find the largest homesites in the community, all with lake and preserve views. One and two-story homes ranging from 2,880 up to 3,760 square feet are priced in the $400’s. Homesites are still available.
Located in the center of RiverTown, Northlake is one of the newest neighborhood to be unveiled and offers some of the best home values in St. Johns County, starting in the $220’s! There are both 40 and 60 foot home-sites with a wide range of brand new floor plans ranging from 1,360 to 3,530 square feet. The newest models just opened in 2018 behind the Welcome Center so stop by and see how inexpensively you can join this thriving community!
The Preserve is the newest community in RiverTown, with only 29 70 foot wide home-sites that all back up to either lake or preserve views. Homes range in size from 2,730 to 3,530 square feet, with starting prices in the high $380’s. Lot premiums add a minimum of $24,000 to the base price, but many of the home-sites have already sold!
